Officer Training Management Course (O2)

Duration: 5 Weeks

Purpose: To train selected officers to plan, execute, and administer small unit training. To serve as instructors and administrators at the platoon, company, and battalion staff level using U.S. Army doctrine and techniques.

Scope: This course trains officers to plan and execute unit and individual training; to serve as instructors; develop a training program and administer skills' tests. Also, the student will be trained in the application of military training techniques to develop wargames.
