Aircraft Powertrain Repairer Course (AM4)

Duration: 8 Weeks, 3 Days

Purpose: To provide students with the skills and knowledge to perform aviation unit maintenance on aircraft powertrain systems, nondestructive testing, and allied equipment.

Scope: Based on tasks that are specified for skill level one training; also covers subjects considered necessary for student understanding and proficiency in powertrain repair (OH58, UH1H, and UH60), and nondestructive skills.

  • Enabling Skills
  • UH1 Powertrain Systems
  • OH58C Helicopter Powertrain Systems*
  • UH60 Powertrain Systems
  • Human Rights Awareness Training
  • * Will be included based on requirements.
