Non Commissioned Officer Training Management Course (E2)


Duration: 5 Weeks

Purpose: This course is designed to prepare noncommissioned officers to plan and conduct unit training; to be trainers at the platoon, company and staff level; and to conduct skill qualification testing.

Scope: This course provides comprehensive instruction in planning, conducting, and evaluating individual and collective training. Students apply classroom instruction in a series of practical exercises which are progressive and sequential throughout the course.
