Excess Defense Articles: Brazil


The State Department's April 2002 FY2003 Congressional Budget Justification for Foreign Operations indicating that "provision of grant EDA to Brazil encourages enhanced interoperability of our military forces."1 Adds the February 2005 request for 2006, "EDA would be used to promote interoperability and modernization of equipment." [4]
