Foreign Military Financing: The Bahamas


The Bush Administration's budget presentation for 2003 says that, "…FMF will be used to develop command, control, and communications architecture capable of supporting conduct of joint/multi-national counter-drug (CD) operations and conduct CD interdiction operations." [1]
