The Bush Administration's budget presentation for 2003 explains, "FY 2003 Foreign Military Financing (FMF) funds will continue to provide valuable technical support and spare parts for aircraft and armored vehicles, as well as uniforms and other equipment for the JDF [Jamaican Defense Force]." [1]
