LocationIn the field, carried out by The Naval Postgraduate School's Center for Civil-Military Relations, Monterey, CA. Scope1After
completion of the above initial three phases of the Executive Program
on International Military Justice Systems and Human Rights, a country
may elect to have any amount of additional follow-on training. This follow-up
training can either repeat previous material (without repeating Phases
I and II) or be based on any military law related area. Given adequate
