Will the United States send more troops to help Colombia in its struggle with the FARC rebels? MR. BOUCHER: As I have made clear before, we intend to support the Government of Colombia within the parameters of our law. We have found some things that we can do for them in terms of information sharing, intelligence sharing, expediting the shipment of spare parts that they purchased and ordered. And I'm sure we'll be looking for other things we can do to support Colombia within the context of our law. I wouldn't want to speculate on anything beyond that.
